Just finished watching all of Bartender. It's a good change from the other series I've been following. And I can justify my habit ^_^"

There's nothing really substantial about the over-all plot, and each episode is like a standalone story. The music is appropriate and amazing, and the artwork is not bad at all. Even better, each ending features a sort of "How To" sequence for the cocktail the episode featured. It beats reading the 'Tending for Dummies recipe book that's for sure.

And to think that each cocktail, each spirit, each liquor had a special history and meaning makes me feel less like a lush. =^_^=

Azumanga Daioh. Twice. 'cos it's really good.

And I've rewatched Angelic Layer.

Both of those are basically because I got hold of the DVD box sets at Minamicon. And really cheap too, when you consider how many DVDs are in each. We get some really good deals at that con :)

Whoo boy I've watched alot since the last time I posted.

Ghost Hunt (entire series)... I actually loved the series, even if I felt it was a total and complete cop-out at the end. I mean the producers finally reveals something that's been hinted at throughout the entire series, and they just abruptly ended it.

Inukami (entire series)... it's an interesting 'ecchi-ish' anime, although perhaps that would be a bit misleading. The girls are all cute, and the main character while a perv, is endearing and his relationship with Youko fits well with the Romantic Comedy genre.

Busou Renkin (entire series)... For some reason the build up to the ending seemed so much better than the ending itself, although I love what happened to Papillon..even if Bravo is still my favourite character.

Giniro no Olynssis (entire series)... I want those 6 hours of my life back. I suppose if you're really really into mecha you might get into this, but as it was, I didn't really care for it.

Dai Mahou Touge (entire series + omake)... A parody of the mahou shoujo genre with a twist (sorry bad pun), I thought the series could have gone on, but I loved the last two episodes with Pyun+Pyotaro (I can't confirm the spelling but I think that's right) vs. Punie. I especially love the School Festival episode.

New Anime:

Hayate no Gotoku... I loved the manga, and the anime is shaping up nicely even if it's only the second episode. Quite a nice comedy, and I love the Nagi.... for some reason she reminds me of Becky in Pani Poni (odd I know)

Lucky Star... Just listen to the opening and tell me it's won't cause you to go into shock from the hyperactiveness. I've only seen the first episode so I can't formulate a solid opinion but it seems like one of those 4P manga turned anime...

Nanoha StrikerS... I've only watched the first episode but... hopefully this will be as epic as the first two.

I just downloaded and watched episode one of a show called "Heroic Age" last weekend, and was very impressed by it for some reason. Partly by the ship designs, I think, as well as the overall clean feel of the animation. It also shows promise story-wise. I'm looking forward to the second episode, and hope the subbers don't drop it after one or two.

Ghost Hunt was very good, I just hope that they make a second season. They had just gotten to the point where every member of the team acknowledged that every other member had a useful skill to contribute. They hadn't even started going into the question of who or what Mai is talking to in her dreams (since it can't really be Naru - the cases would end in the first episode if it was him giving her the clues to solve the mystery). They also didn't resolve the romantic subplot (which will probably end when the girls realize that Naru has no romantic interest in anybody, and isn't likely to change on that issue anytime soon).

Murder Princess shows promise, if you like violent fantasy stories. That's only going to be six episodes long, however.

Claymore also shows potential, though I've only seen two episodes so far. Also a violent and somewhat dark anime.

Currently watching Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, and I was watching a few episodes of Ranma. It's all research for a couple of my fanfics. Well, that and I want to see the episodes.

Biggest factor is research... RESEARCH!!!
