well the pic is a bit pixely, and it's probably very obvious to what anime it is. but oh well...

Pom Poko... I actually was drawn between Kiki's Delivery Service and Pom Poko. But since the latter focussed more on the raccoons instead of the humans, I went with the former.
Pom Poko would've been my second guess... Meh... And I can't see the pic at work. Photobucket is killfiltered behind a proxy

Will have to guess at it at home I suppose.

This wouldn't be Yoko Nakajima from Record of 12 Countries (Juuni Kokki)? The brownish-red hair certainly reminds me of her, though I'm not so sure about her uniform.
