The Search is F'ed Up

I was attempting to find the other post where any information on the new rank structure, to see where the higher levels actually are again. But using almost any title from the list I keep running into ignored words. I even place Moon Queen in Quotes and it still ignores Moon or Eternal Power Senshi It ignores Power and Senshi.

How can a search that deliberately leaves out words that are semi common but are also critical to the search work here?

I can't narrow down the results because it ignores the more common words that make the post more unique in combination.

Well, I found this. But I used the site search, and a manual search, and I couldn't find the topic where the information was quoted. It's like it doesn't exist, anymore.
