Need help identifying a fic.

All I remember about this fic is that Ranma is a senshi that was Mamoru's sister. They also have some sort of sibling phsycic powers that they make use of. I do believe the spring Ranma fell in is related to him becoming a senshi. I can't remember the name of this story at all.
