Dumbledork has found a story where Ranma is in the Seifuku
But it's on the: BEArchive.
Senshi: Sailor Elpis.
Here's what he has to say about it:
Link to that section seems clean enough, but a general Lemon warning for being on the "Breast Expansion" archive.
So the story has the Fuku part. I'm wondering if it has the Fic Part.
It's got one writer for it, and is an actual story, so it has all that in it's favor.
I'm leaning towards adding it to the list.

Seems to count as a Fukufic to me. And couldn't someone changing from Male to Female that is old enough to have a mature chest also count as someone who's breasts got expanded?

Beach balloon size breasts would kind of curtail any interest in reading the story for me. That said I suppose it is technically a Fukufic. However, if I was looking through the list and that was listed and I read it I don't think it'd really fit with a lot of the other surrounding material considering the modest fetishist nature of it. Perhaps breaking the list into a 'Adult' and 'Clean' would make sense?

It's to my understanding that, if Ranma is called a sailor senshi, and is described as wearing an outfit that matches what we expect the sailor senshi to wear (the sailor collar being very significant in that regard), then it is by all rights a fukufic regardless of the context or where it's posted. If anything about it bothers you, simply notify people about them.
I don't know if it is, but if Sailor Goddess is considered a fukufic, then I don't see why this one shouldn't be, too.

True, I guess I was more caught up in the medium.
Though there's nothing baring a round robin or a story that's only on a forum counting.
Will add it tomorrow.

Well, mine are at my website, and I've only introduced them via these forums, but continue to not count them just yet. :P
(Not Dark Side of the Moon. It's too late for that one. XD )

I got bored, and my word processor says it all amounts to 8,234 words. (Not counting titles and options, of course.)

This may be a bit long winded but here is my full opinion, although it is a 'Yes' our list should keep it
We do use Archive tag to specify location of being archive.org, so a special tag for BEArchive and other "Adult" locations would not be without history.
While it is an 18+ site a few things come to mind:
Technically FF.net can be an adult site as well and as such it could have Adult materal as well
BEArchive has had fics in the past that migrated to FF.net, not commonly but it has happened
BEArchive is a colaborative works site, and it has branching stories
I think that the wiki should have a tag warning that it is a colaborative work website and that this story should link to both the episode where Ranma gets fukued and the first episode due to the branching nature.
