You can search the blog posts. Search for say: Sailor Moon. and you'll get all the fics that have Sailor Moon in them.
I am debating about adding lables for the Senshi Ranma is. That would provide an easier way to sort, but it would clutter alot. Any thoughts?

One note: you labeled Ranma as Sailor Mars for Siren's calling, its actually Sailor Siren, Sailor Mars is still as Canon

How about - though it may be more hassle than it's worth - when mentioning related fukufics (as in Girl Talk's post), linking said fics to their own blog posts.

Good idea. That's doable.
May take a while for full implementation. But the posts are very easy to edit.
there could also be some problems when a live fic is updated. we'll see how it goes.
And the search blog feature in the upper lefthand side is very handy. Can search by Senshi, story name, writer, or anything else.
