How do you scale the NWC?

This is just a question that came to me, so I thought I'd ask it: how do you personally scale the various martial artist of Ranma 1/2? How do you place them, from lowest to highest?

My own scale, and please note that this is based on the anime, my familiar canon, goes like so from weakest to strongest:
-Sasuke/Soun Tendo
-Principal Kuno
-Kodachi Kuno
-Akane/Tatewaki Kuno
-Ukyo/Shampoo
-Genma
-Ranma/Ryoga/Mousse
-Cologne/Happosai

I've actually thought up a personal "threat index" (aka how dangerous an opponent each martial artist is) to go along with this, but I'm leery about posting it to this topic- don't know if it's on-topic. Still, I'll put it up if people think I should.

For the curious, I'd rate the manga (from what I've heard of it) like so:

My perception of the manga goes like this:

(Note: I'm rating each on a scale of 1-10, to show the slight differences in strength)

1: Gosunki (You know, the pale guy with the voodoo dolls)
2: Soun Tendo
2.4: Principal Kuno
3: Tsubassa
3.5: The Cat-Spirit
4: Pink
4: Link (The twin Amazon girls who specialised in plants. Weak individually, but together they rate an
4.5: Kodachi Kuno
5: Akane Tendo
6: Tatewaki Kuno (this is later on in the manga, after he's been training. At the start, I'd score him a 5.1)
6.2: Mousse
6.4: Shampoo
7: Ukyo (I put Ukyo as being quite a bit stronger than Shampoo for a reason- they never fought each other, but Shampoo lost against Ranma much quicker than Ukyo did, every time)
8: Genma
8.2: Ryu Kumon
8.3: Konatsu
8.4: Ryoga
8.5: Ranma
8.5: Mint
8.5: Lime
9: Herb
9: Cologne
9: Happosai
9.2: Pantyhose Taro (Though I might minus 9 points for being retarded- he thought he could use fridge magnets to conquer the world)
9.3: Rogue (The Girl who turned into a four headded, fire breathing goddess)

I'm not questioning your scale, because I asked for your opinion, this is just genuine curiosity: doesn't Ranma only have the one fight with Ukyo? The challenge match in her introductory story? And there, isn't he at first interested in trying to talk to her, rather than fighting, and doesn't she actually run off when he starts fighting back?

Also, out of curiosity, did Taro know that Rouge's "source of power" was actually magnetic backpain disks? Or did he swipe them and leave before she revealed that they weren't some sort of magic talisman, as all the others believed?

4.Kodachi/Kiima (IMHO Kiima was only dangerous because of her thousand wing attacks,Akane was able to counter both attacks and Shampoo did beat her).

7.Hinako(I'm rather confused wiht her, Hinako's Techniques to absorb battle Aura are VERY powerful but in overall she doesn't seem to be physically skilled as the others characters and without any coin or circular object she is done.)

11.Ryu Kumon/Ryoga
12.Ranma
