Noone mentioned it in this thread, but there was a fic where Ryoga and Akane were the same person (though the focus was the fact that Ranma and Nabiki...of all people...were the same person). I forget the fic's name and author, alas. And of course, these fact constitute the climax of the story, so,...yeah.
