I don't like Tatewaki Kuno very much. I prefer Kodachi. But I can't really say who's more insane.
And that's the bottom line 'cause Dumbledork said so.

D'oh! I was certain.... Oh well, it has been years since I read that scene... So I guess I was angry with Kuno's character for nothing! I'm glad. Thank for clearing that up.
