Have thrown up some material onto this to see if it is a viable idea. It is in a fairly rough shape at the moment, but hopefully gives an idea of what can be done. Take a look and comment:

Nice start. Good to see that there's some life in this old series.
It is uncertain whether this story was ever made available online or not.
Makoto wrote:Just a slight note for me (Mike Koos), Kevin D. Hammel and Richard Beaubien - the fanfic.net server is currently down, but our admin hopes to have it up sometime in the future (everything on the server is still intact).
Makoto wrote:fanfic.net is actually an alias for the anime.sobhrach.com name; can't remember if the usa.animecomputers.net address (also the same server, and one of the original server addresses) was still valid.

Not counting the Project, it was - I posted the most recent draft shortly before the server went down. It's not shown on the Internet Archive, but I did find a copy on MSN's archive (part of Bing now, I think).
Gallicus wrote:Good news that. If you three (& any other writer peeking into this topic) want to, please add what detail you can to the pages about your fanfics (publication dates, fan art, flame wars etc).
Gallicus wrote:The page linked in the Internet Archive has you on your page saying thus: "NOTE: Due to a server upgrade, the address for these pages has changed. If you're linking to http://www.anime.usacomputers.net/~makoto/index.htm, please change the link or bookmark to http://www.fanfic.net/~makoto/. We apologize for any inconvenience."
So you are probably correct.
Gallicus wrote:If you can provide a link to that archived page that would be grand.
Spokavriel wrote:I read A Life Renewed on the site... Kinda wish I saved a copy. It had just introduced the world really well and then well it couldn't be read again because of the (server) site being down... Still looking forward to updates on it anyway.
