Michael The-Zorch Haney has posted the first chapter of looks (to me anyways) of an interesting Ranma fic called Maho Shoujo Ranma
Ranma crosses over to new universe where only girls can perform magic but so can Ranma in male form but is untrained in the use of magic. So he is enrolled at the Furinkan Academy to learn to control his magic.
The story also adds characters from other anime series to round out the cast. Those I have spotted so far are: Sasami: Mahou Shoujo Club, Slayers, Azumanga Daioh and Sailor Moon. I infer the latter two by the mentioning of the central character's names by others. Usagi is mentioned as the a member of the Sailor Senshi ROTC.

Burger Becky has edited the first part of the Sailor Ranko series (the origional story by Fire). Mostly spelling and grammer have been fixed.
