List of technology and magic in Ranma and Kim Possible

I'm looking for a list of technology and magic in both the Ranma and kim possible series. Though I can remember lots of them a list would really help. It would also help if the list had whether the item was still obtainable or not.
Way I see it KP series is more technological whereas Ranma is more magical/spirit items. Though both do have some of the other. KP has the lotus blade, monkey spirits from a book, and other magic items. Ranma has regular every day tech like video games, tvs, radios, computers (used to digitally alter pictures), trains, airplanes, helicopters, etc... (though I don't ever remember seeing a car) but also has some slightly more advanced tech Gonsunki's battle suit and Principal Kuno's rocket pack that blew up. Are there any other slightly more advanced tech in Ranma?
In the story I'm writing the reason for the tech difference is fairly simple Kim deals with top of the line not even released to public technology for the most part whereas most of the people who attack Ranma do not have the resources, money, or inclination to get the high end technology. Principal Kuno and Gonsunki having gotten cheaper older tech instead of top of the line models.

Ranma anime at least has cars - like the taxi Tofu's mother comes in.
