Senshi attacks

I know that the Sailor Senshi get several attacks over the coure of the seris. Does anyone know when and how they got new attacks?

They got them throughout the series either
A: the inners recieved them as they powered up, especially after recieving the wands from Helios.
or
B: The outers recieved theirs from their talismans.

And sometimes - finding a new inner strength. Kinda, a spiritual thing.

Well the inner strength thing only happened against the Aliens. And those attacks ar upgrades of their normal attacks. I don't even know if the upgraded attacks are even used again after that ark.

That is how they make an attack more powerful in the anime. They get new attacks when they get new wands, weapons, or broaches as far as I can tell.
