Futari wa PreCure/MaxHeart location question

If I remember correctly, all or most of the PreCure series don't really take place in a specific part of Japan, but I was wondering - as I'm certainly no expert in the real-life wards/prefectures/etc. of Japan - does FWPC/MH's setting come close to approximating any actual location in Japan? I'm writing a PreCure story, and it's a little harder to dance around the overall location in the text than it is in a TV episode. ^_^;
