Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

Okay, I'm a little confused here.

From what I remember, in the anime, Pluto dies after using the time stop, dies, and is reborn (memory wise, at least) during SuperS as Setsuna Meioh.

But I can't find the exact specifics of the manga beyond that she's introduced in civilian form _during_ the Death Busters Arc, and I'd really like to know the comparison, or if I'm wrong on the anime version. And I've looked to see if this question was answered, but can't find a specific response, just bits and pieces.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think it is said she kills herself stoping time in S then in Stars she just shows up and collects Hotaru from Doctor Tomoe. There is not as far as I know any mention of what happened to her in between

No, Time Stop definitely kills Pluto; she says as much just as she is using it. I think the prevailing theory is that S-season Pluto has been around since the Silver Millennium, where SuperS and Stars Pluto came back from Crystal Tokyo to help the others. Don't quote me on that, though...

I know that in the manga, Sailor Pluto dies during the Black Moon act when she stops time to prevent Prince Diamond -- I think it was Diamond -- from touching the past and future Silver Crystals/Ginzuisho against each other. Since, apparently, doing that will cause massive destruction on a grand scale.

She is then revived -- in memories and powers -- during the Death Busters arc when one of the witches -- the one using plants -- poisons and almost kills her. It is at that moment that her drive and determination manages to awaken her powers and brings Haruka and Michieru to her. Before that, all she knew was that she was Setsuna Meiou: A Freshman in the Physical Sciences, majoring in Theoretics of Elemental Science.

Once regaining her powers & memories and reuniting with Chibi-usa, she tells her 'By the power of your beautiful mother, the great Neo-Queen Serenity... I was reborn here to fulfill an important mission.'
