No we know they at one were human. We don't know if at the time of S they were still human. They seem similar to Misstress 9 to me. I believe that in the anime Misstress 9 was just a daemon with a human body as a shell.

And if they were daimons, there would have been no point to Mistress 9 killing Kaolinite when she was done. Tomoe was a daimon with a shell, and Mistress 9 only sent him out to die when there was an actual need to do so. If Kaolinite were any kind of daimon-like being, killing her would've been completely illogical - you don't kill servants who've done a good job unless there's the potential for them to become a problem later.

First: I know the Senshi have different transformation phrases, at least, I'm pretty sure they do, but it's been a looooong time since I've seen the dubbed anime, so I can't quite remember. And if they do, which do they use in the Death Busters arc, and right after Pharoah 90's destruction?

Second: Does Mistress 9 have any official attacks? If not, does she use any noteworthy moves besides the tentacle hair? I'm almost positive she can't, but just to be sure, can she use the Glaive canonically?

That would be Sailor Saturns power (which even defended Chibi-Usa
from Mistress 9) so canonically I think not.
As for her powers . . . since she is 'The Messiah' and an alien like the one
that took over Dr. Tomoe's body she surly has some power although she
didn't have the time to play/possibility/need to do more then that as any
villian in Naoko Takeuchis universe. As said before the witches were
human and not possesed like Hotar were. Hence the possibility of M9 not
used powers.

Third: Is Mistress 9's body her own? Is it Hotaru's? Is it a construct made out of magic/heart crystals/whatever? I recall a screenshot with her and Hotaru as different constructs, and Hotaru was dressed as a weird variant of a clown, (And why is that?), but I'm not sure.....

As explained already no it's not she possesed Hotaru's body similar as it
was done to Dr. Tomoe which even lived after all that . . . which is often
overlooked.

Fourth: I remember that Mistress 9 's from outer space, and she posesses Hotaru, but what does the black star on her forehead mean? I know the other witches have them located somewhere on them...does it signify her as part of the Death Busters, servant to Pharoah 90, something else, or nothing in particular? I think it signifies being part of the Death Busters (or the Bureau of Bad Behavior ,) but I'm not sure....

Probably that she is being possesed from the alien being and those alien
traits when someone possed them AND is in control of tbe body shows
that star.

Fifth: I know how M9 dies from the battle inside Hotaru's mind when Hotaru wins in a battle of wills, but why does Pharoah 90 blast her and weaken her in the first place? Is it some sort of accident? Cosmic Karma?

There was always the talk about the earth being destroud/?devoured? by
Pharaoh 90 and those Death Busters wanted that to happen. The typically
death-cult thingy where the summuned hell-, demonspawn devours/
destroy/strikes without mercy/terrorize/... And you can call it carma.

Sixth, and Lastly: What kind of.....entity is Pharoah 90? My actual knowledge on him/it is unfortunately, negligible. I just can't _remember_ it from the dub. Of course, I was 7 at the time.......

Hotaru disliked Kaolinite, and 9 hated her because she was always giving them a hard time, and made fun of them in the anime. 9 was the same rank as Beryl, and Kaolinite treated her as an equael or minion.

So, in the anime, as I thought, 9 did hear everything that Hotaru did? Now that you mention it, I do remember that bit.......

It's a bit late, but to answer the last part of the first question, it's "Saturn Planet Power Make Up!", or at least the only insistance of Saturn's transformation it is. It's the PS1 game transformation, shown here.

I keep reading that she never does in the anime, that you see. I've only watched up till just after Sailor Iron Mouse was defeated though, so i've not seen all the episodes to say for sure.

Because more often then not they take from the anime the videoscenes
in such games and play them in the games. As well I think I saw that
already this transformation sequence. Real short trasformation sequence
if you think of that ne?

She does transform in Stars but it's extremely abreviated compared to the other Senshi. No sparkly lights or nude outline, just a purple background then Hotaru appearing fully transformed.

Either that or the animators didn't want to spend time making an animation sequence that will be used once.

I've seen it done. Nanoha A's went to all the effort of creating stock footage for the transformation sequences, then used them exactly once and never again.
