- it's the same story with some rough edges carefully polished, and divided to five chapters.

Bounding forward, Ranko started yelling at the youma, trying to draw its attention, and lure it to a nearby mall. The Senshi were stunned for a moment. This crazy girl was going to get killed! This looked like one of Jadeite's older youma. It would be a challenge for any one of them as a Sailor, and this girl had just run to attack it! Usagi took charge for once, grabbing her henshin stick and running to an alley. "We can't let it kill Ranko! Lets change!"

"Could she be Sailor Earth?"

"No, from what you've described, the symbol is wrong. Besides, Earth never had a Sailor associated with it, just Sailor Moon."

"Could she be Sailor Earth?"

"No, from what you've described, the symbol is wrong. Besides, Earth already has a guardian, it's Tuxedo Kamen."

Umm I have looked at this and read the fic and it DOES classify as part of the Sailor Ranko series proper... The only real catch I can see is that this doesn't really classify as a Ranma cross, its a "Pure" non-crossover fic with an OC. Sunny this one is your call.

Technically it is, if you stretch the definition a bit -- as it's about Ranma's past life in the Silver Millennium.
A damn good fic, IMHO.

Is there an official way to update links, or do we post here?

One of the fics on there, shown as 'lost' is "Wait For Sleep" by Kurushi. It says on the wiki that there is 1 chapter, but there are 3 chapters/parts of this that can be accessed with the following links:

Edit: Added a link to Becky's write on Fire's page (I would seperate like I did with Contrast Match if there was any real difference. but there is not so it gets a foot note and a link)

Updated waiting for sleep as needed

Added the Silver Sun link on the Sailor Ranko Series page as out of main continuity until we hear from Becky as to her stance on it as it as we do not know if she supports it or not and Sailor Ranko is 'Technically' hers at the moment.

perhaps but fire has passed the... Torch as it were. Besides he has been out of fanfiction for 10 years. Still if he or Becky give the nod I will move it to main line. I agree it should be there, but until we get official word.

Hello! It's actually a one-shot, split up because of the LJ post character limit. I'm more than happy for all sections to be directly linked, though, and if calling them chapters suits everyone best, what the hell. I've also now posted it at AO3, which offers multiple download formats and might be more stable than LJ for the moment if that's useful for the list.

Every time I run across a mention of Wait for Sleep as lost, I laugh a bit. It's happened a couple of times now. Nobody PMs or emails me, so I had no idea it was MIA, and if I did I'd have re-posted it sooner, sorry for that, everyone.

Oh dear hasn't been a good day.

I am duly sorry for the error in the Twice In a Millennium. I give my sincerest appoligies for the mistake. You are correct Kevin that it is a copy/paste error. That summary belongs to a different fic. As you know the fukufics list transferred from a blogger format to a wiki format.

To put some perspective there was over a hundred entries that got transferred and multiple staff members and volunteers helped me, but it looks like I still screwed up and crossed some entries.

Here's what it should have said.

So here's the thing. If any of the summaries or data in these entries are off. Please, please tell me.

I've done checks but unfortunately not an exhaustive one.

Edit: And of course I corrected the entry.

Okay. I've gone through the fukufics list

And I found at least half a dozen summaries that were off. And added word counts when easy to find, and updated the dates when possible.

There's a bunch of dates that are just late October of 2004. Which looks like a "dump date" for fics when the blog version of the list was made.

I also didn't check for fics that have subsequently become lost since I last checked (I really should do that).

And I know I missed a bunch of fics that should have gone from Inactive to Dead Status-wise. But at least the list should be a bit better now.
