Oh, I can see it -- Ranma with five o'clock shadow and a cigar. But how do you modify a trench coat to look like a fuku?

A friend of mine dressed his daughter (she was circa 9 at the time) up as "Rambo Bright". He left the hair alone, too, but had a nice rainbow bandanna for her brow to go along with the rest of the colorful garb.

Its a raincoat not a trenchcoat its shorter .
