WHR/RK/WOT crossover

For submitting and talking about story ideas. Idea submissions must be at least five paragraphs long, and include plot points, summaries of which characters are involved, and, for fanfiction, how it differs from canon. Both original and fanfiction ideas welcome. Though original works should have more development. Replying posts must give actual commentary, no "GREAT IDEA" or "THIS SUCKS".

WHR/RK/WOT crossover

This idea is up for grabs if anyone wants to use it. Consider it a story challenge.

Anyway, this story begins at the end of the Witch Hunter Robin series as the factory is about to collapse. Amon made it out of the factory just ahead of Robin and turned around to see her right behind him. Only what he saw baffled him.

Sena Robin was swept up and disappeared into a space-time phenomenon that shall henceforth be known as Author's Whim.

Simultaneously ... more than a 100 years earlier, after the events in Rurouni Kenshin in which he plays a roll, Hiko Seijuro, who was sitting in front of the kiln by his cabin in the mountains, drinking sake, pondering over how his baka desshi has been doing this past while, and otherwise minding his own business, was also swept up into Author's Whim.

Robin and Seijuro, are dropped together along the road a short distance from Emond's Field, or otherwise along the path of the WoT group in Eye of the World where they're about to have a battle with trollocs.

Robin and Seijuro, after introducing themselves to each other, wondering where they are and how they got there, discovering they are from two different time periods, and they're both Japanese (even though Robin was raised in Europe) decide they should stick together.

They travel along the road into Emond's Field and meet various people including Moiraine Sedai. Moiraine can tell that Robin is Ta'veran (I should think the Eve of Witches qualifies for that.) They talk with people about where they are, and think about trying to get home.

Later, of course trollocs attack. Seijuro hacks dozens of them to pieces in just moments with his katana, and Moiraine is astonished by the strength of Robin's apparent weaves of fire.
Robin's power is not actually channeling, but it's her witchcraft, unique to her. (The other girl with pyrokinesis wasn't exactly the same, because her fire was blue.) Robin does however have the potential to channel, which Moiraine senses. Robins potential is huge, and with her training to control her witchcraft, channeling will come easy to her. She can also see (because of the kinjutsu ougi) and block weaves of the one power with her fire.

Of course robin incinerates huge numbers of trollocs, arrows approaching her disappear in a burst of flame, etc.

The WoT adventure begins, and Robin and Seijuro go with the group and go through the canon events in a non-canon way due to their presence. Of course the fun part is in seeing how they change things.
