Here're some ideas I came up with a while back...(This first post is mainly Naruto fics, but I have more coming):
Kingdom Hearts: Blossom of a Hero(KH/Naruto X-over)
The gist of this is that Sakura becomes a Keyblade Master. Here's the summary(SPOILERS for KH2 ahoy!) :
During the 2nd portion of the Chunnin Exams(after Orochimaru attacks Naruto and co.), Sakura falls asleep on the job of protecting her comrades. Her dream is the "Awakening" from KH1.(The VERY beginning, until after you fight Darkside.) When she awakens, things go as canon until the Sound nins attack,. Just when Rock Lee SHOULD have jumped in, the Keyblade appears in Sakura's hands. The Sound nins are confused, giving Sakura enough time to fight back. Sasuke soon awakens, but Sakura is a little busy with some Heartless that appeared after Dosu falls; he escapes. After Sakura beats the last Heartless, "Ansem" appears and challenges Sakura to battle. This is actually Riku in his "Ansem" form(Yen Sid allowed him to transform using darkness after KH2; this is similar to a Drive form.) After Riku explains the Heartless situation to Sakura, she notices Sasuke's gone AWOL. Riku asks about this, and gets an explantion of what happened to Sasuke. He decides to go find Sasuke, and tells sakura where his friends(Sora and Kairi; they snuck into the Chuunin Exams investigating rumors of a new Org. XIII) are. Sakura tells Riku to promise her not to go Ansem on Sasuke unless he has no choice(which ends up being the case; the Riku/Curse Mark Sasuke battle is just as stalemated as the 2nd Riku/Roxas fight was.) Things then go similar to canon after Riku brings back Sasuke, except for the following:
When Naruto and co. meet up with Kabuto, the ensuing fight has Sakura using the Keyblade to thrash up some clones. Sakura explains the Keyblade as " a new Jutsu." Sora and co. also explain their abilites in this manner.
Kabuto does NOT quit(Orochimaru wnats him to find data on Sora's group.)
Sasuke gains control over his own "darkness" (the Curse Mark) during his fight, and gains the power of darkness(i.e. KH: CoM Riku.) He also gains his own Soul Eater sword.
Sora fights Kabuto, and naturally kicks Kabuto's ass.
Riku fights Temari, while Kairi fights Kankuro(Kairi has the level of skil KH1 Sora had.). Riku wins, and Kairi loses.
Sakura VS Ino goes as canon until when Ino has Sakura by her hair trick; at this point, Sakura busts out the Keyblade to cut the hair, and defeats her rival.
Sakura's match in the finals is v.s. Sora, while Riku fights Shino(he won against Tenten.)
Sakura leaves via Gummi Ship to get some real-world exprience as a Keybearer....
One montn later, Sakura returns with a new costume(think a feminine version of AC Cloud's look) and a new Keychain: Tsurugi, made up of 6 Keychains ( a la Cloud's AC blade.) Cloud taught her his fighting style. When she fights Sora, a member of the new Org XIII appears, and causes trouble. Things go as canon from here, except Orcochimaru has the Heartless on his side. Sakura is part of the Gaara VS Naruto battle, though(and learns of the Kyuubi here; Sakura wasn't trapped in sand like in canon, and is a more active part of this fight.) When the 3rd Hokage tries to stop Orochimaru, Naruto(who's trained to use his demon chakra more than in canon, and can do the Rasengan), Sasuke, and Sakura stop him, saying his sacrifice would be useless. The three fight and kill the now-Heartless Orochimaru. For this, the 3 become the new "Legendary Three". What awaits them after this?
More Data:
Riku, after beating Sasuke, gives Sasuke some of Riku's own 'dark power'. This causes Sasuke to fight a mental battle during his prelim fight when the Curse Mark activates. Sasuke wins this mental struggle, and gains the power of darkness. Riku trains with Sasuke to help sasuke learn to wield this power.
When Naruto gets tossed by Jirayia(sp?) to learn summoning, Kyuubi and Naruto talk a littlle more than in canon. Naruto is ticked that Sasuke is more powerful than ever; Kyuubi decides to gives Naruto more of his power. Naruto gains the Fox Tail whip. Naruto also manages to talk the perv ninja into teaching him Rasengan.
When Sakura first gets the Keyblade, she is still unsure, but a voice comforts her and helps her find her inner strength.
Sakura's training:
After the prelims, I'm thinking of 2 ways this could go:
1. Sakura heads to Radiant Garden for 1 month and trains with the FF gang. She is given her new Keyblade by Cloud, who trains her in his own sword skills.
2. Sakura goes on her own KH-style adventure (using Anime worlds as locations,) fighting the Neo-Orginization XIII(She only fights 6 of them; these 6 are rebelling against this Orginization's Superior.) Cloud and Aerith are her Goofy and Donald. (A/N: Since we are never given a timeframe for how long it took for Sora's KH1 quest, if it took more than a month, Merlin whips up a door for Sakura to return home in time for the finals.)
Sasuke the Shinobi:

This is pretty much the Shadow the Hedgehog storyline format with Sasuke as the star. The timeline is just after Naruto leaves after he loses to Sasuke in the Valley of the End. The difference between this and Shadow's game are as follows:
Atauski replaces the Black Arms.
Sasuke still has his memories.
Sasuke is searching for "who he is.", and not any items in particular.
(Note: This is mainly a game idea. If I decide to make it a game, here're some of the other traits that make this unique:
Each of the 10 endings would have a unique last boss. Shadow's game had a few last bosses and recycled them between the endings.
Sasuke declares "who he is" before the last battles. Shadow says his "Who I Am" speech during the endings.
The endings show the aftermath of Sasuke's choice.
The "Last" story will be VERY unique.
The game format has Sasuke select which path to take before each stage;
gameplay is similar to the Zero series. The story is that the Akatsuki leader(named Kataku here) tells Sasuke that his clan made a promise to him to help him acquire all the Biju(the ones the Akastuki already had escpaed; they are the game's bosses.) ; Sasuke goes to find the Biju and the truth about his family's past. Here're the endings; they're based off of the Shadow the hedgehog endings: (SPOILERS)

1. The Nightmare's birth:
Sasuke realizes that all people are corrupt by nature and decides to use the Biju's power to wipe out mankind, and start out fresh. Jirayia tries to stop him, but fails. In a blinding flash, the world is ravaged by the madman known as Sasuke no Akuma, and no one can stop this destroyer....
2. The Supreme ruler:
Sasuke betrays the Akatsuki; Orochimaru decides to take the empowered Sasuke's body. Sasuke tells the Sennin that he was fated to become the Kage of the world, and kills Orochimaru. Using his power, Sasuke the Eternal takes over the world....
3. Servant of Evil:
Sasuke fulfiils his promise to the Akatsuki;his first order as a new member is to kill Deidara. With his new power, Sasuke kills his opponent, declaring that the Akatsuki will rule the world, and he will be Kataku's right hand. Kataku takes over the world, and Sasuke serves forever as his General...
4.The Eternal Loner:
Taking the Biju's power for his own, Sasuke confronts his brother. When asked his reasons, Sasuke says that only Sasuke knows what's best for himself. Sasuke takes his revenge, and lives his own life, doing whatever he pleases....
5.The Mighty Copy:
In his journey, Sasuke meets a man named Ichibu, who reveals to him that the body Sasuke is in is a clone body made using highly forbidden Jutsus; this is part of Ichibu's plan to use copies of great shinobi to conquer the world. Sasuke's pre-Chuunin exam persona was placed in the copy body to let the Curse Mark persona take over; as the last expriment, the original(in his Naruto II look; 2nd Curse Mark stage) and the copy face off. The "copy" wins, saying that with the Biju's power, he is stronger than his real body, and kills the doctor. Sasuke then searches for worthy foes to fight....
6. The Copy Lord:
The setup is the same as above; however, the original Sasuke died in expriments. The copy Sasuke decides to take Ichibu's copy ninjas to use as his army to rule the world. Ichibu isn't going to have that, using blood transfusion to gain bloodline traits; but is no match for Sasuke. The Kokuou no Utsushi(King of Copies) marches on Kohona....
7. Keeper of the Biju:
Realizing the Biju are too dangerous for anyone to have, Sasuke decides to act as their keeper for the rest of his days.Itachi tries to kill Sasuke and take the Biju; he fails. Sasuke heads to a secluded place to act as the Hogosha no Biju( Guardian of the Tailed Beasts.)
8. The Tragic Shinobi:
Realizing what he's become, Sasuke decides to destroy himself and the Biju with him. Sakura tries to stop him, but Sasuke defeats her, and throws himself to his end....
9. The Strongest Ninja:
Sasuke seals up the Biju, but after learning that Naruto holds Kyuubi, challenges Naruto to one last fight to see who is the strongest ninja. Sasuke wins, saying that Naruto may be strong enough to hold the Kyuubi, but not defeat the one who sealed the others up; and begins to search for new opponents...
10. The Legendary hero:
With Naruto's help, Sasuke challenges Kataku; he's realized the mistakes he's made, and prepares to begin his repentance by stopping Kataku. He does so, and returns to Kohona; his first action is to talk to a cetain pink-haired kunoichi....
The Last, True Ending(seen after getting all of the others):
After Sasuke collects the last Biju, instead of going to the end scenario, sees the other endings flash through his mind. Wondering what's going on, Kataku reveals his true form...
Fugaku Uchiha.
It turns out that the Uchiha clan are descendants of a demon named Hakaisha(Destroyer), whose power was divided up into the Biju when he was defeated by the first Kages. Ichibu created a new body for him, and Kataku was "born." After "paying" Ichibu by killing him, Hakaisha reclaims his power, but is killed by Itachi, who explains the reason he commited the Uchiha massacre was to stop Hakaisha from returning. The demon possesses Itachi; Sasuke, realizing that he is ,now and forever, the demon killer Sasuke Uchiha, fights Hakaisha. After Itachi-Hakaisha(final boss 1st form) is beaten, he transforms into his true demonic self. Sasuke calls on the power left by the Biju, and transforms into a demon form himself to beat Shin Hakaisha(Final battle; similar to the 3D Sonic final bosses.) After Hakaisha falls, Sasuke decides to head home, and become the greatest hero of all time.
What If Sakura was an Uchiha?
There're 2 flavors to this idea:
Sakura/Sasuke switch:
Basically, Sasuke and Sakura's mothers married the opposite fathers(i.e. Sauke is a Haruno, and Sakura is an Uchiha.) Sakura ends up a brooding, sorrowful girl, while Sasuke is a go-lucky kind of person who competes with Naruto for the last uchiha's affections.
Sasuke and Sakura, Brother and Sister?:
There never was a Haruno family. Instead, Saukra and Sasuke are twins in this universe. When Itachi kills all the Uchihas, he spares his siblings. Sasuke and Saukra decide to work together to one day avenge their clan. Since they are both holding the burden of killing Itachi, they are a little more open, but Sakura is still a little moody. The 2 have rabid fanclubs going after them; Sakura and Sasuke watch each other's back, though. Sakura notices that Naruto is the only non-fan boy, and gets a crush on him.
Changes:
During the Haku fight, Sakura notices her brother being "killed" by Haku; the anger brought about by this activates her Sharingan, and she charges to avenge her brother, forgetting about Tazuna(thankfully, Zabuza has his hands full with Kakashi). Naruto has almost gone berserk by this time, but Sakura calms him down. The two KO Haku, who is unable to prevent Zabuza's end. After helping to kill Gato, Haku heads to Kohona, thanks to Sakura's urging.
Sakura knocks Sasuke out of the way during their battle w/Orochimaru, and recieves the Curse Mark.
