Ranma + Magical Twilight: While a hentai series, it does fit the usual Ranma profile. One dark witch woman out to kill him, two white witches out to bed/win his love.

Personally I would also like to recommend if we are crossing SMT with Ranma perhaps any of the Persona story lines or even Digital Devil Saga where humans have alternate demon forms. I'm a fan of the rarer anime based crosses so I keep track of them to the best of my ability.
I vote for Hina Ichigo just because she complements canon Ranma a bit better the Suigintou. Her dialogue is also harderto write without sounding cheesy and annoying.
Liddo-kun uses the same main characters as your fate/Ranma cross, but with a different premise.
Your idea sounds okay on the whole except Ranma might not meet the requirements to become a hero. I'm not sure about it since I try not to spoil the story for myself before being able to watch.

Or, since NOONE will have done it- Ranma/Lunar Legend Tsuciheme?

Kaleido Star is both interesting and boring at the same time. On one hand, Ranma x Sora would be kinda cool. Putting him in an arena where he can't use his fists to settle matters balances the characters out a bit as well. The bad part would be comming up with a believable non-cliche premise, and that poor loser Ken Robins will never get any.

Ranma + Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure

I think I read one of these but it was horribly generic. Dual needs to be rewritten to be an interesting cross IMO. All the characters are two dimentional to the extreme without enough off the wall qualities normally present in a comedy series.

Ranma/Eyeshield 21: Maybe Ranma gets sick of going to Furinkan and gets transfered by his mother to Deimon High. We all (being anyone who has seen the series or read the manga) know how Himura is about new kids, and with Ranma's skills, he'd make at least a decent kicker.

I played this one in my head for a while too. The problem is that Ranma is ridiculously overpowered. In the anime, he does get shown playing regular sports but it seems as if he dominates everything. A third ingredient needs to be put in to level things out.
.hack//Sign - There's only one cross for this out that I know of. It wasn't too deeply thought out. The premise was that everyone escaped from the real world nerima by going into "The World."
I'd like to write one of these. The main problem is lack of access to information because I don't have any access to the anime and games anymore. Does anyone know of a very detailed reference site for "The World?"

Ranma + Shin Megami Tensei: While I would LOVE to see this, I do not think there is anyone, and no offense is meant, here that can write it out because it would take full-time attention. I don't think you'll give the story enough credit if you just write it as a 'fanfic', but I'm willing to be proven wrong.

No offense taken. I've written about 10k of what is shaping up to be Chapter 1. I don't have much time, or patience, for writing but I can give this a shot. It is, afterall, an interesting premise. I don't know about having the skill to do it justice but I'm definitely going to give it a shot. I, however, need to replay the game and take notes. It's been quite a long time since I last plowed through SMT:N.

Ranma + Rozen Maiden: I don't think it will work. If Ranma goes into a pact with any of the dolls, they have nearly complete control over the flow of energies and could literally force Ranma or kill him if it strikes their fancy, especially with early Hina-Ichigo and Suigintou.
Now, if it was the second season... That might be interesting.

If it were Hina-Ichigo it'd have to be First Season. If it were Suigintou it'd have to be Traumend. Still, I think it'd work. Ranma is not an idiot when it comes to survival. If the doll gets extremely angry he'd definitely try to mollify her, this would work well with early Hina-Ichigo. Suigintou... not so well.

Ranma + Mai HiME: I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't think this idea will work. This idea will not work simply because there's no way to 'fit' Ranma in. It's not that type of world, and generally speaking, most of the HiMEs will over-power Ranma very quickly.

I remember often reading that 'Ranma can be crossed with anything!' While that might not be entirely true it definitely makes for some interesting premises. All it requires is some imagination. Fitting Ranma in as an artificial HiME seems to work just fine. If you rewatch the fake movie trailer you'd notice that Arika is superior to Alyssa in one respect: despite being an artificial HiME she has her own Element (The Blue Sky Sapphire Spear from Otome) and her own child (the pink Artemis). If the premise is that Ranma is the new artificial HiME instead of Arika it stands to reason that she'd also have those things. Add to that Ranma's own martial prowess and battle ingenuity, and you have him/her on even footing with just about any HiME+Child combo.

Ranma + Fate/Stay Night: This... has potential. Though I have to admit I remember reading about someone having Ranma has Caster's master...

I really need to replay SMT:N... I even get the name of the end of the world wrong. Oh, the shame. I have Persona 2: Eternal Punishment but I never completed it so, sadly, my knowledge of the Persona Series is lacking. I own both DDS games though. I haven't completed 2 yet, but it wouldn't be so tough to make a short story replacing the Embryon with the Ranma cast. A full story might be quite challenging though.

Ranma definitely meets the requirements to become a 'hero'. Some of the 'heroic spirits' that the Throne of Heroes chooses to become Servants are quite... uh... unique, so I don't see Ranma having any problem becoming one. The only problems he might have are: 1) no magical abilities places him at a disadvantage. 2) no Noble Phantasm. However, these are easily worked around. Number 1 isn't that important as the Assassin from F/SN doesn't have any magical abilities so it makes sense that Ranma wouldn't have any either as an Assassin. Number 2, well, not all Noble Phatansms are weapons. Some are skills associated with the heroic myth, while others are pretty far out there and have only a passing connection with the heroes myth. I'm certain I could cook up something to become Ranma's NP.
So how far along are you in F/SN, ToastedPine? I haven't played the game myself so some of my ideas might be a bit out there, but I'm religiously following the anime and lurking the Beasts Lair to gleam as many bits of F/SN knowledge as I can.
Edit: You know? I got to thinking about the R/Azu cross that people have been throwing around. The one with Ranma as Sakaki-sans father? It played something like this in my mind:
The girls are talking normally in class when Chiyo-chan calls for Sakaki-san to join them. Upon calling her name she suddenly realizes something: she doesn't know if Sakaki is her given name or her family name! So speculation begins about what Sakaki's other name might be. Chiyo giving off cute sounding names, Osaka giving weird names, and Tomo giving out 'awesome' names, all to Sakaki-sans increasing embarassment. Finally, after the girls have finished their discussion Sakaki-san finally manages to get a word in and whisper out that her family name is 'Saotome'... to her chagrin, not a cute name at all. So they all go down to visit Sakaki at her house and meet her parents. Sadly they only get to meet her Father. Her mother is out of the house. Hijinks ensue.

Ranma and <insert fiancée name here> are the two Haibane "eggs" shown in the last episode, both having died from a fight between Ranma and Ryouga having turned very, very badly. Ranma cannot remember her whole dream (she was female when she died, so she's "cursed" to turn into a guy with hot water), and <fiancée> doesn't remember the fight itself (she was indoors when it happened).
Problem is, <fiancée> isn't the only innocent to have died in the fight, hence, Ranma is sin-bound...

I'm hanging on the anime mostly. I don't intend to delve into anything else until I finish that, but I've heard some pretty weird things about akashic, hero requirements, and phantasms that I don't like conceptually. I'm hoping that the anime places limits that I find more aesthetically pleasing so I don't have to go into other sources that much.
Hina Ichigo is the harder of the two to write for IMO. The line between just plain whiny and cute is tricker to pin down. Suigintou is easier to write in terms of clarity since what she does is more meaningful that what she says.

Title: Pretty Soldier Sailor Unicron!
Synopsis: in an alternate universe where the Autobots and Decepticons never had human contact and were too busy fighting each other to notice Unicron's approch untill it was too late. Unicron eats Cybertron. But Unicron isn't happy with the distruction of his arch-rival. So Unicron keeps eating planets, searching for somthing that missing for the giant planet-eating planet. The next corse on the menu, the celestial bodies of the Sol system.
Unicron has a secret: he once had a conscience. However, killing planets full of people isn't very healthy for a person's conscience. Not eating, though, meens death by sarvation. So early in Unicron's history, Unicron copys/pates his conscience, -essentially his star seed- into a probe, which crashes into Japan. This is whar he is searching for. Who better to be the sailor senshi of a fake planet than a fake girl?

Shinj goes on-line to get away from the stress of his life. In the early timeline he parties up (unknowingly) with Rei, Asuka and Misato. In the later timeline, Shinji and Karou (who uses the World to talk to his leagle gaurdian, Chairman Khil [Seele 01]) party up with Kirashima Mana. (Eva game "Grilfriend of Steel". Plays the World to have human contact becouse sjes in a clean-room waiting for a marrow transplant due to surviving a N2 explosion.) at Mana's request.
Then the 11th Angel attacks (or escapes from the magi). Instead of attacking Nerv, It attacks (or esscapes to) the Servers that run "the World". Morgana doesn't like the 11th's presance and data-drains the 11th Angel. The 11th uses it's remakable adaptabillity to invade & take Morganna over, where the 11th learns of all the secrets of .hack . There the 11th decides why make contact w/ Adam or Lilith and simply become stronger, when the 11th can be the utter god of this digital World? After all, Intamentallity can happen anywhere at any time, so long as the right pieces are in place. One of the first things the 11th does is lock everyone in the World ala Tsukasa. Afterall, every god needs a reliable worshper base.
This is what our hero's fight against. Shinji learns most of the lessions in EoE, albit w/o killing every one in the process. One note is that our heros don't have to succed in stopping the "villian". Like Evangelion, the story is in the lessons learned and the interplay between heros and villians, not in accomplishing a task.

Synopsis: Shortly after the "Laughing Man" incident and the reformation of Public Security Section-9, a new super-virus is spreading accross the 'Net . At first it simply deactivates the first law of robotics (through action or inaction, allow no harm to humans). Soon after, the super-virus encourges robots to seek and distory humans. Cyborgs aren't affected, at least not yet. The author of the virus? No one other than the infamaous Albert W. Wiley, a former member of the Second Rainbow project, before he went mad.
However, there are inconsistancy's in this robot inserection compaired to others. First, Wiley always insisted in building his own Robot Masters, instead the super-virus has commadiered 6 advanced Self-Defense Force power armor suits who are acting like Robot masters. The second is age. Dr. Wiley would be in his early ninties now, could he actually still be capable of this? Or has someone hijacked the nonogerian's Stand-Alone Complex?
Because of LightTech, Inc.'s previous dealings, LightTech's Vice-President of Communications, Roll Light, adopted (that is "adopted") daughter of Dr Tomas X. Light, who was injued in an accident early in life and placed in a cyborg body to save herb has been assigned to assist Section-9. Why is it that a high-school girl want's to be apart of combat-manoviers when she has no piror experiance? Why does she know so much about the heroes/vigilanties (depending on who you ask) Megaman and Protoman? Where are her brothers, Rock and Blues and why is she angry at them?
There is a secret at the hearts and minds of the Light children, one that could change the world of robots; and through robots, humans, forever.

Or ranma sucked into The Pokemon world, oly that fic would have to have a Ranma who's really really badly adjustedfor A world where the oly people who are martial artists also run a pokemon gym. And unlike other fics, Ki does not triumph over psychic power (Fighting is weak against Psychic).
I haven't seen a Ranma Digimon cross ever either. there's a lot of potential there depending on what series you want to model it on, or if you want to make your own variation. I can definately see A young Ranma having gone into The Digital world either alone or with a team. And not the 01 digital world, Tamers, a digital world where it's almost impossible to survive.
Of course, I also want to see a fic where Ranma being Crippled Doesn't give him ultimate power. Maybe he' somehow blinded and has to learn to deal with things in other ways than his fists.
