Well its a thought on a story i had using ranma and Gundam Wing and a few others.

Though i don't have a name for it just at this moment in time so if anyone has an idea please put it up.

Ranma, Gundam Wing, Project Hades; zeorymai, Dangaioh and Great Dangaioh, Psychic Academy, Bubblegum Crisis 2040? maybe a few other not sure.

With this idea was gained from a thread on anime addventure with which Ranma either ends up there as a child or reborn into that universe.

Set before operation metor just after the first colonies are built;

A part of it revolves around say a first colony to be built as well as a research station is lost from its larang point (sorry bad spelling for the obital point there) and ends up in the orbit of mars, while everyone thinks that the colony is destroyed so no one looks for it.
The people that survives the journey set about colonising mars and build up from there their own new colony and goverment inventing, reinventing, creating and building many things and a part of this is of a military nature.
That and the creation of a royalty called the Steel Dragons, who advocat the idea that earth as a whole tried to kill them and that by destroying colony 1 they could control the other colonies that were to be built later with fear of something bad happening.
So they gear the science departments and industry to build the most powerful mobile suits/mecha to help defend them but the greater ones to be used to attack the earth, with something either along the lines as project metor or to rule it?

That and either though their experiments and/or the enviroment of Mars cause them to become different, developing their bodies and minds to a much greater level, like maybe superhumans or like what those in gundam destiny and gundam seed are trying to make or fear?
So psychic abilites come into being much more than on earth and possibly was one of the experiments to either make and/or enhance existing psychic powers and abilities.

Here two scientists come in either one or both born on Mars who find that they do not follow the same ideas but still have their own plans. Ranma is then either born on Mars or appears there and is chosen by either one or both scientists and having modified him take him away ending up on the space colonies and aftersome time ranma like in the thread finds hisway into the wing zero and survives the flawed zero system. The scientists then met the other two and work together building a new suit and manage to fix the flawed zero system, though at some point they may fallout with each other or because romafella gets to close but the Wing Zero Zeo is nearly completed anyway and so the building of the other gundams begin.
The when one oth both level one of them destroys all his designs and working models and so on leaving only his own on his computer as the last of the final Giant mecha and pride of the Steel Dragons.

So ranma either goes down with the other Gundams during the operation and sets himself up as a student at a school or gets offered to go to one because of his psychic abilites and while not moonlighting as a student is attacking oz and romafella bases.
That and seeking to build up and organisation of some sort to help either prepare or defend the world and colonies when the Steel Dragons of Mars start their campian against earth and her space colonies.

But this is just the first and second parts to a much greater problem as out beyond earths solar system an alien force is waiting to attack.

Yeah putting psychics into this setting seems to be a bit either outthere or over the top in some ways with other things considering but it does put a new aspect and twist with them in there as with building mobile suits to take advantage of such abilites could be seen to make better troops for Romafella. Either for them selves or through Oz either building and training them semi secretly or if by Romafella then in secret till they are ready to show a new force.

Heck some of the characters male and female could have such ablities either minor or major, either awakened and using them or using them subconsiously thator weakly as they haven't sort to train such beyond what they or their handlers feel necessery at that time.
