Going to have to be a spoilsport here, since no one else has remarked on it: the Stargate section is immensely jarring, since you pretty much rip any existing backstory to shreds, and you don't give any good explanations for it.
Half of the SG-1 cast that you mention hadn't even heard of the dratted thing until after it was activated a couple of times. Hammond and Carter weren't involved in the project until after the events of the movie, at the very least - Carter didn't get onboard until after the pilot, IIRC.
And Jack most definitely did not have Setsuna for a girlfriend ten years before the series started - especially since he had just buried a teenaged son just before the movie. His wife divorced him between the movie and the start of the show, or she might have been divorcing him before the movie as well.
And SG-1 itself, and the concept of exploring new worlds through the gate, weren't invented until after the Chulak mission, when they were rescuing the kidnapees from Earth and Abydos and ended up with Teal'c.
Please don't rip out major parts of your source material like that without explaining how things happened instead....
