Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

I recall a fic with Akane staying at home and being more powerful than Ranma. It had Shampoo living with the tendos as well. The two of them were like sisters in the fic.

I recall that the Ranma in that series did not react well to the power of the two of them originally.
